Crossfit-Style Functional Strength
Looking for crossfit-style programming, but in your gym and on your schedule? Crossfit Athlete and All-American Track Champion Emily Rethwill guides you through a combination of AMRAPs, EMOMs and functional strength training using primarily a barbell and dumbbells. Each workout ranges from 45 to 60 minutes and includes video demos, in-ear coaching from Emily, as well as precise timing for every movement. Whether you’re in a home gym with limited access to equipment, or in a commercial gym with additional machines like rowers, assault bikes, or ski-ergs, this program delivers efficient workouts and amazing results.
