How long is my free trial?
Ladder trials are at least 7 days. Trials start when you join the app and access the team’s Welcome Workout. All features are unlocked, including changing teams.
How do I cancel or stop my trial and ensure I am not automatically charged?
We do not collect credit card information before your trial, so there is no need to cancel a trial (it’s not even an option). We stand behind our product and know that some people sign up and forget to cancel. We are not interested in earning your business that way. Our trial is 100% risk-free.
Do I need to give a credit card to start a trial?
Nope! Ladder offers a 7-day, completely free trial. No payment info is collected until AFTER the free trial ends.
How much does Ladder cost?
Ladder offers a free trial (no credit card required).
After your trial ends, Ladder offers two subscription options:
- PRO Monthly ($29.99/mo) – billed monthly, cancel anytime in the App Store
- PRO Annual ($14.99/mo) – billed $179.99 upfront, 50% off the monthly price

How do I find the right team?
Use the filters (top right of Teams page in the app) to narrow programs by exercise style, equipment, length, and coach gender. For extra guidance, contact member success via the Support Request Form or book a 15-minute Zoom consultation.
