Updated Oct 6, 2026
How do referral rewards work?
To refer members to Ladder, go to the Rewards section on your Workouts page. From there, you can text your referral link and earn $25 off exclusive Ladder gear when they subscribe.
To track your referrals, go to the Referrals tab and tap Ladder Wallet to view your progress.
After you place an order, allow up to two weeks for shipping. Referral rewards can only be shipped to addresses within the US.
How do I track my referral credits?
To track your referrals:
- Tap Rewards.
- Tap the Ladder Wallet tab.
You'll see your referral activity, including pending and successful referrals, which translate into credits for the Ladder Shop.
Still stuck? Ask Maive.
Maive can check your account, fix the common stuff, and hand off to a real person when needed.
