Using your Ladder Wallet credit

How do I use a gift card or referral credit toward my subscription?
You can earn rewards to the Ladder Shop by referring members and participating in ad-hoc surveys.
Credits will be applied to your Rewards balance which you can use at the Ladder Shop.

To use your credit, copy the ID that can be found in the bottom right corner of your Ladder wallet. When you go to check out, you can then paste this ID in the discounts portion.
How can I use my referral rewards credit towards my subscription?
At this time, referral credits can’t be applied directly to subscriptions. Referral credits can only be used at our Ladder Shop.
When will I receive my survey reward / gift card / credit?
Survey rewards are typically processed within 2-4 weeks and appear as Ladder Shop credit in your account. You'll receive an email notification when your credit is ready to use.
If it's been more than 4 weeks and you haven't received your reward, contact support for help.
