How do I connect Ladder to Apple Health?

To connect Apple Health to Ladder:

  1. Open Ladder → Settings → Connections → Apple Health
  2. Toggle on Steps (and any other data you'd like to share)
  3. Tap Allow

If you previously denied the permission or the toggle isn't appearing: Go to iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Ladder → toggle on Steps. Then reopen Ladder.

The Steps widget updates roughly every hour after connecting, so give it a little time to catch up.
