What should I do if I'm experiencing technical issues like blank screens, videos not loading, barcode scanner not working, or other display problems?
For technical issues like blank screens, videos not loading, barcode scanner not working, or missing buttons, try these steps:
- Make sure your iPhone is running iOS 18 or later (Settings > General > About > iOS Version). The current version of Ladder requires iOS 18, so on an older iOS the App Store can't give you the latest app and its fixes.
- Make sure you're on the latest version of the Ladder app (App Store > Search "Ladder" > Tap "Update" if available).
- Force close the app completely: Swipe up from the bottom of your screen and swipe the Ladder app away.
- Restart your device: Hold the power button and slide to power off, then turn it back on.
