Paying with HSA or FSA

Yes! Ladder has partnered with Flex to enable qualified customers to pay for the Pro Annual Ladder Subscription using a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

You can sign up for Ladder using your FSA or HSA funds at joinladder.com/withflex.

Ladder has partnered with Flex to enable HSA/FSA payments. Flex handles the qualification process via a brief, 3-minute qualification survey to confirm your eligibility to pay for your Ladder Subscription with your HSA/FSA card.

Whether you can switch depends on your subscription status:

• If your subscription is active and set to renew: Switching to FSA/HSA payment requires coordination with the Ladder support team, since the payment method can't be changed mid-cycle through the app. Contact support or ask Maive for help with this.

• If your subscription is already scheduled to cancel (status shows "canceling" — access continues until your end date, then stops): You don't need to switch your current plan. Once your access ends, you can sign up fresh with FSA/HSA at joinladder.com/withflex.

HSAs (Health Savings Accounts) and FSAs (Flexible Spending Accounts) are tax-advantaged accounts designed to help you save money on medical expenses. You can use these funds to pay for qualified medical expenses, including fitness programs like Ladder.

At this time, we’re not able to split payment between an FSA/HSA and another payment method. Our annual plan can only be purchased in full with a single payment method.

You should receive an itemized receipt by email that includes your name, the transaction date, the services purchased, and the amount charged. Check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, if you don't see it. If you still can't find it, contact Ladder support for help getting it resent.

At this time, we do not offer discounts on any FSA/HSA payments.
