Switching between monthly and annual plans
How annual and monthly billing works, and what to expect when you switch between plans.
Updated Oct 6, 2026
How is the annual plan billed?
The annual plan is $179.99 charged upfront (one payment for the full year). The "$14.99/mo" you see is just showing what that works out to per month, but you pay the full $179.99 at once, not monthly.
This is 50% cheaper than paying monthly ($29.99/mo would be $360/year).
Summary:
- PRO Annual: $179.99 upfront (works out to ~$15/mo)
- PRO Monthly: $29.99/mo recurring
Can I upgrade to the annual plan for one month and then switch back to my previous plan?
When you make a change to your subscription, an upgrade (like going from monthly to annual) takes effect immediately. However, a downgrade (like going from annual back to monthly) only takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
So, if you were to switch to the annual plan, you would be subscribed for the full year, and you wouldn't be able to switch back to the monthly plan until that year is complete. You can't switch to the annual plan for just one month and then revert to monthly.
Why was I charged the full amount through Apple instead of a monthly charge?
If you selected the annual plan, the full $179.99 is charged upfront (one payment for the whole year). This is normal and expected.
The "$14.99/mo" shown in the app is just what the annual price works out to per month, but you pay the full amount at once, not monthly.
Your total may be slightly higher due to taxes depending on your location. If you meant to select monthly billing ($29.99/mo), you can cancel through the App Store and resubscribe to the monthly plan instead.
Why can't I access all my favorited workouts as a monthly subscriber?
Workout Saves & Replays: Monthly lets you save up to 3 workouts; Annual offers unlimited saves and replays.
