How do I update my personal information, like my name, email, or password?
To update your personal information—such as your name, email, bio, social links, location, birthday, or avatar—tap your profile icon, then tap Edit Profile. Make the changes you want, then tap Save.
I unsubscribed from emails by mistake. How can I reverse this?
If you unsubscribed from Ladder emails by mistake, you can ask Maive or contact support to have your email subscription restored.
How can I access my Profile?
You can access your Profile by clicking your avatar in the top right corner of your ‘Workouts’ page.
How do I turn off push notifications from the Ladder app?
To turn off push notifications, go to your phone's Settings > Notifications > Ladder.
