Learn how to download workouts for offline access and manage your downloaded files.
Updated Oct 6, 2026
How do I download workouts?
You can download workouts from the Preview Workout screen by clicking Download, allowing you to access them even when you have a weak connection or limited WiFi.
Please note that you will not be able to access downloaded workouts when you are fully offline. Downloading workouts will download the workout assets (videos, voiceovers, etc.) to your local device; however, you still need some connectivity to start and complete the workout to transfer data.
Do my workouts auto-delete from downloads?
If you download from the screen that pops up after tapping START WORKOUT, then the download will auto-delete when you complete or exit the workout.
If you download from the preview workout screen, the downloaded file will be saved on your local device for 7-days.
To manually delete:
- Go to My Profile > Tap Download icon > Delete from list
- Go to My Profile > Tap Settings > Support > Clear Downloads Folder
Can I do workouts without service or wifi?
You need an internet connection to start and finish a workout.
Downloading a workout in advance can reduce how much data you need to stream audio and video during the session, but Ladder still needs an internet connection with adequate speed to sync your workout data.
Where do I find my downloaded workouts?
You can find your downloaded workouts at the top of your Workouts page under the 'Downloads' tab.
